Our cancellation policy is something we consider a fundamental part of a healthy functioning business. Our barbers are paid on commission, and our work is done in the time scheduled. If either party cancels within 4 hours or later than half the allotted service time, it is at the barber's discretion to charge full price. *screenshot of the cancelled service is required by the client in order for the policy to be effective towards their next service with that same barber

If a client arrives late to their appointment they will be given the option of canceling and being charged the 100% cancelation fee (as it is past the 4hr cancelation window) OR working with their stylist to find a style that is appropriate for the time remaining in their schedule.

As stated in our cancelation policy, if a barber runs late (1/2 of the service time) for a client's appointment either the barber will adjust the service to account for missed time or the appointment is rescheduled for 50% of the service fee. *both client and barber MUST agree before moving forward

Yes. We offer scissor haircuts for anyone wanting to keep their hair length. This style of haircut is best suited for clients with shoulder length or longer hair.

No. Our Barbers manage their own schedules so if you know your barber's personal contact, please reach out to them to book. If you do not have your Barber's personal contact, the best way to book your hair appointment is to use our online booking system or stop by the Barbershop at 518 Tremont st, Boston, MA 02116.

Yes. 3L is open every day of the week including Sundays. Our hours are Mon to Fri: 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sat & Sun: 9:00am- 8:00pm

Yes. Our Stylist Barbers are trained in cutting short and long layers on long hair.
